Ingredients:

- 4-6 authentic German Bratwurst sausages (preferably from a German butcher or store)

- 1 large onion, sliced

- 2 cloves of garlic, minced

- 1 cup of sauerkraut, drained and rinsed

- 2 tablespoons of unsalted butter, melted

- Salt and pepper to taste

- 4-6 crusty rolls (e.g., German bread or pretzel rolls)

Instructions:

1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

2. Grill Bratwurst sausages for 5-7 minutes per side, or until nicely charred and cooked through.
